The Operations Manager will work at the Moab warehouse & office and as a guide on trips, putting an equal emphasis on the priority and effort to both roles.

The targeted focutions Manager is to work in coordination with a second Operations Manager to supervise guides and other operations staff to ensure all trips are able to operate effectively and efficiently, while maintaining the highest standards for safety and guest satisfaction.

The Moab Regional Manager oversees two Operations Managers and the Property Manager who cooperatively work together as the Moab Regional Management Team. This team is responsible for ensuring supportive supervision of all operational staff while maintaining productive communication between upper management, the Angels Camp office in general, government agencies and partners.

Strong experience in the industry
