Responsible for kitchen management, meal prep, and serving. Access to a commercial camp kitchen space.
Additionally, responsible for assisting the Course Director with communication between the field team and program partners, and risk management of the course. Responsible for providing personal transportation to all locations except when noted. Assist with other duties as needed and assigned.
Preferred Skills:
Outdoor cooking experience.
