Join our staff in the Colorado Rockies
With 6,000 acres of on-property land to explore and more off property trip permits than any other camp in the Colorado Rockies, Working at Sanborn Western Camps is a challenging and rewarding opportunity. In one summer you will have the opportunity to influence the lives of children, explore the Colorado backcountry, work with other staff from all around the country and develop your leadership and technical skills. The days are full, the energy is high, and the fun is contagious.
Benefits: Base salary of $3800, lodging, meals, laundry and Pro Deals
Bonus: Stipends offered based on current, nationally-recognized related certifications
Start/End Dates; May 18th – August 13th, stipend for leadership training
Qualifications:
21 years and older
-Camp, Kitchen or Facilities management experience preferable
-A clean driving record
-Ability to Working under the guidance of the cooks and the camp directors
-Capable of maintaining a clean and sanitary lodge through consistent routines
-Creative leader willing to mentor and guide ten to fifteen staff members
-Able to respectfully delegate work in relationship to the care of the larger community
-Coordinating camp waste removal efforts
