Salary Range: $52,000 – $65,000 DOE

Will be primarily responsible for the planning and implementation of EVR’s summer programs in Wyoming
(and California). Will supervise, implement, and maintain summer programs for participants ages 11 to 18 with
ADHD and Learnings Disabilities. Will supervise and work with the team to staff and maintain the GAP Year
Program, in Dubois, WY for SOAR, Inc. This individual would be directly supervising the GAP Year Program
Director and Assistant EVR Director as well as the many seasonal staff throughout the year.

Job duties are including but not limited to: interviewing, hiring, training, and supervising staff. Tracking
budgets, and expenses for all programs. Monthly expense reporting, making activity and camping reservations
in a timely manner in multiple states. Planning logistical needs of all programs, maintaining relationships with
local and national vendors.

Qualifications:

o Experience serving LD and/or AD/HD populations
o Current certifications (or have the ability to obtain) WFR or higher and Lifeguard
o Behavior management skills and strategies
o Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred: Master’s Degree.
o Experience in facility management
o Two years of supervisory experience
o Valid driver’s license with no DUI’s on record
o Clear background check

For over 45 years, SOAR outdoor adventure summer camps have helped youth and young adults ages 8-25 with ADHD and learning differences develop self-confidence, social skills and life skills. Our camps offer outdoor adventure activities, for beginners and beyond, located in the Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, the sunny Florida Keys, and wild and wonderful Wyoming. We also offer international camp courses in tropical Belize and Costa Rica (offered in alternate years).
