Guest Services staff ensure that our guests are welcome and comfortable on site and in their accommodations. For our clients, the first point of contact may be the Guest Service Agent or it may be walking into the restful space maintained by the Housekeeping team. Do you like to connect with newcomers and returning guests, help them dream about and plan their Strathcona experiences and book their (return) stay? Or do you like to move about our wilderness property going from cabin to chalet to public space working with a team? Guest Services takes care of our guests.
