Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements

Prior Leadership Experience, Preferably in Remote Locations
Outdoor Education Background
Current Wilderness First Responder Certification (must have by arrival for training)
Current CPR Certification
Current Clean Driving Record, and Willingness to Drive Passengers

Required Skills:

Top-Notch Communication & Listening Skills
Natural Curiosity, and a Passion for Learning
Strong Sense of Empathy, Compassion, and Caring
Able to lift 50 lb Repeatedly and Work Outdoors, for Long Periods of Time in All Weather Conditions
Ability to Live Respectfully in Communal, Co-Ed Facilities with Very Limited Privacy
ACA/BCU Certifications (preferred, not required)
Available Late April through Late September -Mandatory
