Overview

We are looking to hire instructors for our summer programs. We’re offering paid positions based on experience, with accommodations & meals provided for overnight programs. Work professionally in a collaborative setting growing your outdoor leadership skills working in a powerful deep nature connection mentoring culture, and deepening your mentoring expertise while supporting a common Vision of restoring hope in today’s youth. We’re known for crafting a culture of authentic depth mentoring serving youth ages 6 – 18 years old. Your role includes facilitating, learning and offering curriculum in skills such as wilderness survival, foraging, bird language and ornithology, awareness and community building skills, primitive skills and crafts, ecology and stewardship, edible and medicinal plants. Come be a part of a dynamic and vibrant organization dedicated to staff learning and growing in a holistic community setting.
