Help create exceptional guest experiences in the heart of the Colorado Rockies.

The Assistant Guest Registration Director supports the daily operations of Guest Services at Snow Mountain Ranch, a year-round family resort, conference center, and residential camp serving more than 50,000 guests annually. This position oversees Front Desk, Switchboard, Campgrounds, and Night Audit operations while ensuring outstanding guest service, operational efficiency, and financial accuracy.

This role provides leadership and support to year-round staff, seasonal employees, volunteers, and interns through training, coaching, scheduling, and performance development. The Assistant Director works closely with multiple departments to enhance guest experiences, improve processes, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities include overseeing guest registration functions, reservations, lodging inventory, campground operations, VIP guest experiences, staffing, budgeting support, and departmental communications. The position also manages training programs, supports hospitality internship initiatives, oversees financial processes including cash handling and reconciliations, and assists with Night Audit operations and compliance procedures.

Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, along with at least four years of management experience, ideally in hospitality or guest services. Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and customer service skills are essential. Candidates should be comfortable working with property management systems, Microsoft Office, and financial reporting tools in a fast-paced environment.

A valid U.S. driver’s license with an acceptable driving record is required. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional night shifts, is necessary.
