What You’ll Do
Support and lead daily Human Resources operations
Step in for the HR Director when needed
Supervise HR staff, interns, seasonal, and international team members
Partner with leaders on employee relations, policies, and workplace solutions
Support staff housing and community engagement efforts
Assist with investigations, corrective actions, and performance management
Manage communication, records, reports, and HR documentation
Help create a positive, professional, people-first environment
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
2+ years of Human Resources or related experience
Supervisory experience preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
Valid driver’s license required
