If you’re 18–23, a high school grad seeking real-world experience, or a college student craving adventure and professional development, Elevate offers a semester of meaningful work, community living, and outdoor exploration at our Estes Park Center in the heart of Rocky Mountain National Park.
Why Elevate?
Elevate blends paid guest services work (housekeeping/food service) with outdoor adventures, team activities, and personal development workshops. Build leadership skills, form lifelong friendships, hike and backpack in the Rockies, and take part in a multi-day wilderness trip. Leave with stronger confidence, self-awareness, and purpose.

Compensation & Perks
$15.16/hr + weekly bonus opportunities
