Overview
The Seasonal Adventure Outfitter is responsible for helping guests prepare for their Zion adventures through gear outfitting, education, and exceptional customer service. This role includes outfitting guests for Zion Narrows trips, assisting with retail operations, maintaining gear, and creating a welcoming experience for every guest who walks through our doors. *Limited employee housing available. Seasonal workers qualify for our 5 day winter staff retreat.
The ideal candidate is passionate about the outdoors, enjoys working with people, and has experience or interest in hiking, climbing, canyoneering, backpacking, guiding, or outdoor education.
Qualifications:

Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment are essential. Outdoor experience in activities such as hiking, backpacking, climbing, canyoneering, guiding, or outdoor education is preferred but not required.
