Overview

Position Summary
The Senior Partnerships Manager is a full-time, senior-level position reporting to the Executive Director. This role will focus on building strategic partnerships with environmental groups, municipalities, schools, and youth serving non-profits, particularly those that are BIPOC-led or focused on serving communities of color. This individual will work collaboratively with key staff to fund partnership efforts through both fee-for-service and philanthropic funding, developing a funding pipeline that supports our work with partners. Examples of partnerships we have previously developed include sending a crew of young adult EarthCorps members to help with creosote debris removal in support of the Samish Indian Nation and providing support for an internship with the Black Farmers Collective. It is our goal to expand and deepen these types of efforts. This role requires strategic thinking, an entrepreneurial spirit and strong collaboration skills.

Qualifications:

Demonstrable commitment to the EarthCorps mission, racial equity and environmental justice
Experience in developing partnerships and working collaboratively to identify and help secure funding
Demonstrated commitment to creating a race equity culture
Comfort with risks, ambiguity and the ability to think strategically and innovatively
Direct experience working collaboratively and building external relationships with a range of constituents
Knowledge of best practices in community building

Compensation
SALARY: $67,000-$72,000 a year dependent on experience.
