Overview

The Keewaydin Environmental Education Center (KEEC) on Lake Dunmore in Salisbury VT is seeking environmental educators for our spring session beginning April 16th running through June 2nd.

Teach & work with small groups of 5th & 6th grade students Monday through Friday, in 5-day, 4 night, residential program focusing on human, plant and animal communities. Lead daily field investigations & evening programs in natural science, local history, human impact & land-use.

$500/week plus room & board. +$150.00 signing bonus and $150.00 completion bonus. (Opportunities exist for employment beyond the KEEC season at our summer camps, and potentially into the fall KEEC season through October 13th.)

Ideal applicants should possess a college degree and background in natural history, sciences, and environmental education or have experience working with children in an outdoor setting. Staff must be at least 21 years of age. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
