Working collaboratively with Course Directors and Instructors, Logistics Coordinators (LCs) support the intentional design of courses to meet the needs of their students and staff. They facilitate the packing of equipment and food, prep and drive vehicles, repair gear, prepare meals for staff and students, and restock inventory. The LC works directly with students and Instructors during course functions such as course start, resupply, or course end. They also work independently or with the logistics team in the warehouse. The workload for LCs is varied and dynamic, with time spent in the field sleeping at trailheads as well as time spent at the Base camp collaboratively creating and maintaining a healthy community culture.
