Overview
Inspire the next generation of conservation leaders! As a Youth Conservation Crew Leader, you will mentor and supervise 10 youth from diverse backgrounds. Youth are ages 14-19. Crews complete important work in Portland Parks & Recreation natural areas and community gardens. You also will help youth build job and life skills, and earn a paycheck. There are 5 crews of 10 teens each: City Nature East, Community Gardens, No Ivy League, Trees, Trails.

• Work dates: Approx. June 12 – August 18 (work Monday – Friday / 40 hours per week)
• Hourly rate: $19-24/hour depending on experience
