Overview

The Training & Sales Manager is a vital member of our Responder Alliance team. You will support various aspects of our operations with a focus on expanding the reach of Responder Alliance training, and you will work closely and collaboratively with others on the team.

Hours: On average 32 hours per week, with flexibility in scheduling
Location: Remote with the ability to travel for in-person training
Start Date: April 15, 2025
Compensation: $25/hr

Required Skills:

Experience in any industry sector that we work with (e.g. ski patrol, fire, search and rescue, outdoor education, national park system, etc.)
Excellence in the coordination and management of multi-faceted projects with collaborative teams
High level of demonstrated oral and written communication skills
Ability to maintain strong relationships with students, partner organizations and stakeholders
Ability to work remotely with uninterrupted access to the necessary technology and equipment needed to maintain

Preferred Skills:

Past experience with Responder Alliance curriculum and tools
Proficiency with Google Drive, Instagram, LinkedIn, and website management tools
Working knowledge of learning management systems
Instructional experience
Knowledge of best practices in creating instructional materials, including analyzing community needs, curriculum design, lesson planning and course implementation
Motivation to balance resilience practices with diligent work practices to support the Responder Alliance community
