Overview
We are hiring Climbing/Mountain Biking Program Specialists for Oakland program. We have Climbing, Mountain-Biking, and Multi-Sport positions available at multiple program locations across the US. If you’re interested in being considered for other locations – be sure to let us know!
**Our non-driving Camp Instructor positions at our California Camps have been filled. Applicants must be at least 21 years old at the start of camp in order to drive Avid4 Adventure campers. Applicants that do not qualify can still be considered for one of our Colorado Camp Gear Coordinator positions listed on our job board.**
Qualifications:
Job Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age by the start of camp (all non-driver positions have been filled)
Staff must be at least 21 years of age and have a valid driver's license to drive campers to and from programs. Drivers receive a 2% pay increase.
Personal and/or professional climbing experience required; must have thorough knowledge of common climbing knots and climb technical skills
Personal and/or professional mountain biking experience a must have.

Mandatory training begins June 18; camps run June 26 through August 19
