Overview
Ensures that mental health treatment services are provided in a way that maximizes client independence and family empowerment; provides individual and group counseling services to assist individuals in achieving more effective personal, social, and educational development and adjustment.
Qualifications:
Master's degree from accredited school in social work, psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field. May accept those enrolled in a Master's program based on experience.
Required Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of experience with inpatient, outpatient and or mental health care; must have direct clinical and case management experience, group leadership experience and knowledge regarding rehabilitation philosophy; strong clinical land interpersonal sills, ability to lead and direct work of others, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Comfortable working in all seasons, walking, hiking, bending, lifting frequently.
