Overview

OUR VISION FOR THIS ROLE:
This individual will be involved with program design, development + delivery by supporting the program management process for JUMP! Schools and JUMP! Experiences programs. This individual will act as a role model for contract staff and local partners.

WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE:

The Logistics + Operations Coordinator will have competence and flexibility in a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Program Location Manager:
Manage JUMP strategic partner and vendor relationships in all program locations
Coordinate and manage all program coordinators for all programs

Program Logistics Oversight:
Oversee strategy and implementation for all accommodation bookings, transportation bookings and food arrangements for all programs
Program Finances Reviewer and Coordinator

Support program managers and the JUMP Finance team by:
Reviewing program expense reports
Coordinating transfer requests for program payments
Coordinating float requests for program managers

Program Systems and Template Management:
Develop and manage program templates
Coordinate monitoring and evaluation for all programs
Review End of Program Reports and other reports for consistency
Support and oversee pre-program site visits, including inspections and reports

Program Materials:
Procure, maintain and assign materials for programs, including:
Facilitation equipment
Outdoor and personal protective equipment
First Aid kits
T-shirts

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Highly proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong writing abilities and highly proficient in English
Detail-oriented approach to work
Fluency in English (reading, writing + speaking)
Fluency in Thai (reading, writing + speaking)
Highly organized and able to handle a varied workload
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities

Required Skills:

Personal tools and strategies to remain grounded amidst a busy schedule
Ability to work autonomously
Ability to travel extensively around the region
Effective and respectful communication skills with people from varied cultures
