The JUMP! Foundation is seeking a skilled and energetic candidate to fill the Project Manager – Human Resources + Operations role. This individual will be an educational visionary and an enthusiastic and goal-oriented manager. The Project Manager – Human Resources + Operations will focus on project-based work to enhance our Human Resource Management + Operations

The Project Manager – Human Resources + Operations will have competence and flexibility in a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
Enhancing contract staff engagement with professional development structures
Review, Refine, + Improve Recruitment + Hiring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Review, Refine, + Improve Onboarding SOPs
Design training + evaluation process for short-term staff and facilitators
Design professional development + performance enhancement process for short-term staff and facilitators
Establishing Growth + Development Program for JUMP! Facilitators + JUMP! Program Managers
Supporting FTE recruitment efforts

Qualifications:

5+ years work experience in training + development / human resource management.
5+ years’ work experience in Experiential Education / Global Citizenship Education Experience working in an international context
Experience designing, developing and managing Experiential Education programs.
Passion for working with youth. Excellent stakeholder management
Strong interpersonal and networking skills

Required Skills:

Competency with Program/Portfolio Management
Excellent time management
Attention to detail, organization, and ability to multi-task
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with the International School system
Prior experience living and working abroad in multicultural contexts
