Overview
Our Food Guru (Kitchen Manager) plans, prepares and creates amazing menu items for our day and overnight sea kayaking trips. We also offer baked goods for retail sale.
Qualifications:
A love and knowledge of how to make good food. We'll train the rest as needed.
Required Skills:
Organized, clean, and dependable. Team-player and good communicator. (You may need to train some guides on how to make what you plan)
Preferred Skills:
Cooking for a wide range of audiences. (Vegetarian, gluten free, etc)
