As the NOLS Teton Valley Program Supervisor, you will work as part of the Teton Valley team to supervise field faculty, ensure program quality, and promote high-quality educational experiences for all field courses, both river and land based. You will provide instructor teams with curriculum, route, and risk management support. You will facilitate conversations within instructor teams to support success in team function. You will give feedback, evaluate performance, and mentor career development for field staff.

Key Logistical Information:

Employment dates: June – September 2024

Applicants must have legal working rights in the United States.

Must maintain active NOLS field faculty status.

Staff housing is available on-site for a modest fee and includes food staples. Kitchen and living areas are communal. Staff are not required to live on-site.

Salary: $40,000-$43,000
