The Regional Manager will work primarily on-site at the Moab office and warehouse with flexibility for remote work depending on seasonal operational needs.
The targeted focus of the Moab Regional Manager is to ensure and oversee the orderly operation and requirements of all trips originating from the Moab operation, while maintaining the highest standards for safety and guest satisfaction.
The Moab Regional Manager oversees two Operations Managers and the Property Manager who cooperatively work together as the Moab Regional Management Team. This team is responsible for ensuring supportive supervision of all operations staff while maintaining productive communication between upper management, the Angels Camp office in general, government agencies and partners.
Self-starter who can prioritize, organize, delegate and oversee tasks to meet deadlines
A visible, proactive, personally involved leader with excellent operational and managerial abilities
Once employed, obtain current Food Manager and DOT Medical Card certifications (cost covered by OARS)
Current WFR and SRT is preferred
Exceptional communication skills, critical attention to detail and capability for strategic decision-making
Proven computer skills (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace)
Ability to efficiently gain knowledge of outfitting multi-day river trips
Ability to cultivate a respectful, supportive and healthy company culture
