Do you love the outdoors and camping?  Do you want to make a difference in the lives of youth and families? The Camp Program Director is responsible for developing and coordinating summer overnight camp programming, workshops, and events. This role will work closely with the Camp Executive Director to develop and market all programs and facilities offered at the camp on a year-around basis.  The Camp Program Director also ensures the highest quality in camp programs, including summer and fall-winter-spring programs though leadership, creative innovation and fundraising.

 1.  Job Summary: 

The Camp Program Director is responsible for developing and coordinating relevant programs, conferences, and retreats offered at the camp.  The incumbent develops plans in consultation with the Camp Executive Director and/or Senior Program Director, with oversight by the Executive, to develop and market high quality programs and facilities offered at the camp on a year-round basis.

Required Skills:

Required:

·       Minimum age of 25 years.

·       Minimum of three (3) years camp or related experience.

·       Minimum of one (1) camp season of supervisory experience.

·       Relevant previous experience in developing, implementing, administering camp or youth programs.

·       Ability to demonstrate considerable skill and experience in program leadership and management.

·       Experienced in outdoor living skills, first aid
