The Zion Guru Assistant Manager role will include a variety of tasks including staff development, event planning, adventure tour/outfitting support, administrative duties and most importantly having a strong rapport with staff to help elevate our team. This role will come with a lot of variety and you will be viewed as a leader amongst staff. At Zion Guru we prioritize staff wellness and education, this role will play a huge part in that and is very rewarding. Starting pay is $18-20 per hour depending experience. Subsidized employee housing is offered on a first come first served basis!
